One of the first Amazon rainforest lodges in Ecuador, the award winning La Selva was completely remodeled and reopened in July of 2012 and has since become the premier eco lodge in the Ecuadorian Amazon. La Selva Amazon Ecolodge & Spa is located in a rainforest paradise bordering Yasuni National Park in one of the most biodiverse areas of the planet. The Lodge Overlooking the glassy waters of Lake Garzacocha, the new main lodge and restaurant is our guests’ favorite spot. You can watch birds and other wildlife as you sip a cocktail from our fully stocked bar in comfort. When night falls, you’ll enjoy fine cuisine in the restaurant, prepared by our famous chefs, as the birds and animals of the Amazon serenade you with their unique song.

Cotococha Amazon Lodge offers 22 spacious bungalows, built according to traditional architecture in harmony with the surrounding rainforest. All bungalows are equipped with a private bathroom, a private veranda with reclining chairs or hammocks to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of Ecuador's Amazon. Social areas are carefully decorated and offer all comfort and coziness for a splendid stay in the Ecuadorian Amazon. To preserve the magic

Jamu, coming from the word Armadillo in Siona, is a beautiful, privately-owned lodge in the Cuyabeno Reserve where our guests can enjoy a variety of activities. We are located along the Cuyabeno River, 15 minutes down-river from the spectacular Laguna Grande.

Our lodge practices a policy of minimum environmental impact. All of our cabañas are lit naturally with candles to preserve the feeling of being in a remote jungle. Solar panels provide us with electricity and are used to operate our telephone. All inorganic material is removed from the reserve regularly and organic material is composted. Additionally, all of the wastewater coming from the lodge is treated using natural enzymes and bacteria.

The Lodge blends so seamlessly into its surroundings that to the resident wildlife it’s just another part of the forest. Watch giant otters duck, dive and call to each other as you eat breakfast; caimans glide under the walkway as you head back to your room; monkeys chattering outside your balcony; and even giant sloths hanging out on trees by the cabins.
